IUI
Out of many fertility treatments, IUI is a well-known and efficient method. IUI or Intrauterine Insemination is a fertility treatment in which sperm are placed inside the woman’s uterus for the fertilization to take place. The principal objective of IUI is to increase the number of sperms that reach the fallopian tubes by easing the process of sperms travelling from the vagina to the fallopian tubes. This, in turn, increases the chances of getting pregnant.
Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a fertility treatment that involves placing sperm inside a woman’s uterus to facilitate fertilization. The goal of IUI is to increase the number of sperm that reach the fallopian tubes and subsequently increase the chance of fertilization.
IUI helps the sperms by making it easier for them to travel quickly but the sperm need to reach the fallopian tubes and fertilize the egg. This procedure is less invasive and also less expensive than In Vitro Fertilization.
