Amongst the several techniques available to assist people who have fertility problems in India, In Vitro Fertilisation or IVF is gaining popularity as a safe and successful alternative to natural pregnancy. In Vitro fertilization means that an egg is removed from the ovaries of women and fertilized artificially with the sperm inside a laboratory. The woman’s womb then receives the fertilized egg, called an embryo, to grow and develop. IVF is a complex, multifaceted procedure that involves a wide range of medications and procedures.
