Shown below are a few of the key factors that are considered for participation in the Aveya Refund Program. If you have any of these factors, you will NOT qualify for the Refund Program. The refund program cannot be used with frozen donor eggs or embryo adoption.
  • Body Mass Index of 30 of higher
  • Untreated Hydrosalpinx
  • Donor must be under age 30 & have a normal ovarian reserve
  • Prior failed donor IVF cycle or miscarriage with donor eggs
  • Abnormal uterus
  • PGD/PGS (Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis/Screening or Gender Selection)
All required lab results (FSH, Estradiol, AMH, semen, analysis, and uterine evaluation) must be completed within 30 days of starting treatment. Read more
