It is possible for men with teratozoospermia to achieve a natural pregnancy but only if the rest of the sperm parameters, such as sperm count and motility, are normal.

It can be immensely helpful to follow a balanced diet when trying to improve your fertility. Food that is rich in antioxidants and essential amino acids such as L-carnitine are known to have a positive effect on boosting sperm quality.

When such dietary and lifestyle changes have failed at bringing about a positive effect, it is often advisable to look at artificial reproductive technology as a potential means of conceiving a child.

Intrauterine insemination is a viable option as long as the sperm count and motility are within the normal ranges the female partner is healthy.

In other, more severe cases of teratozoospermia, in vitro fertilization and ICSI would serve as the treatment of choice.
